my approach

I believe that yoga is for everybody.

As I always say in my classes, take as much of it as you want, and leave as much of it as you'd like.

Maybe you're here to move, play, and build physical strength and mobility. Or perhaps you're looking to carve out time for yourself and find a sense of calm in a noisy world. Philosophy or no philosophy, whatever brought you to yoga is enough for me.

All I ask is that you keep an open mind, stay curious, and allow yourself to discover the magic of yoga. It has so much to offer - often in ways we least expect.

practice with me
